I really like this house in Maspeth, NY. It is listed as a two family but is renovated as a one family will this be a problem as far as getting a loan

Without much information--were the renovations done with permits and are they up to code.....what is your loan officer suggesting, he/she can best answer any lender related questions--what is your attorney and or agent advising....
