It also had a puddle of water below the front steps. What do I do now? I am very sensitive to mold.
Can I get out of the contract and get my deposit back from the seller? The only thing we put in the contract was a $5000 repair limit we didnt specify mold. If I stay under contract do I have the seller pay for a mold inspection and remediation inspection or do I have to pay for it? Should the seller pay for remediation of the mold? Do I have to have any other sort of contractor come in to evaluate besides a mold inspector and mold mediation company?
