I own a manufactured home on leased land that is my primary residence , if i sell it am i eligible for the tax

is the tax credit good towards foreclosed homes as a purchase of primary residence?

You need to check with a local agent who can tell you how this type of residence is classified. In some states it would be called real estate in others it would be conidered personal moveable property like a car. If it is not permanently attached to the lot it would probably be considered personal property and you could qualify as a first time home buyer.however check this with a local agent who is familiar with California law. if you qualify as a first time homebuyer,the tax credit can be used on any type of residence including foreclosures.
