Those homes from Centex are loaded with upgrades approx 100k in value. They are listed little bit over 1M. I am sure builder will negotiate price.

I checked on Centex website and it looks like they have few houses ready for move-in. Does anybody know how much on these houses? how much can we negotiate from the price?

There are so many more releases yet to come and yes the prices keep falling.

People stood in a line early morning outside the sales offices last year to buy a home.
Now the same homes are a lot less, say by 100K!

And, beware, many builders are downsizing the currently standard features too!

You can also look up "new homes san ramon" and find more. But you also can get great deals on homes that have hardly been lived in, but are resale, and the owner has already often put in a back yard, window coverings, etc, that can cost you thousands after you move in.
