I'm looking for coops at Seward Park or East River in Lower East Side. Does low floor coops cost less than high floors? Especially the lowest

Lower floors generally cost less. The coops also take a big chunk when you sell. I've done lots of construction in those bldgs and used to live there.

Yes the lower floors do cost less than the Higher floors. Another thing that may raise or lower prices are the exposures. Apartments with water or unobstructed views definetly come with a higher price tag. Renovations also will flucuate asking prices..
