There are currently a couple really good, fairly inexpensive horse properties in Ramona. The one I'm looking at right now has only been listed 7 days but as you know the good ones go fast while the overpriced listings just sit there.

1506 Barnett Road, Ramona 92065. It's on 5 acres and allows horses. It has barns, corrals, and sheds for horses. The home is about 2000 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with an updated kitchen.
There's well water and septic. It's off Hansen Lane, so it's got a feeling of being way out in the country, but it's convenient to town also.
We also have 2446 Kelly Avenue, Ramona 92065. It's a little bit of a fixer and they're asking $324,900. It has newer heater and AC and an updated kitchen. Could use some paint inside. Cute inside, but not awesome curb appeal. It has a large lot but not zoned for horses. It's 1/4 to 1/5 acre. You can keep your horses nearby...
