You didn't mention price range but there is a very special property available on Kenwood Parkway (just listed by Lakes Sotheby's International Realty) walking distance to Target headquarters! Contact me for more information. 612-964-4302.

Here is a list of the homes in the area. I kept the price under 500k since you did not specify.

I am the number one buyers agent in all of Minnesota based on homes purchased on the MLS in 2007. I would love to talk to you.

Yes, there are plenty of properties available depending on your price range. I've represented plenty of buyers in downtown Minneapolis and the environs. Read this article in Kiplinger's that references my assistance for condo buyers. http://www.kiplinger.com/magazine/archives/2008/01/find-cond… It's also important for all home buyers to consider the advantages of single agency representation. We are Exclusive buyer representatives which means we never represent the seller. We work in the buyer's best interests at all times. Check it out.

There are plenty of opportunities within a mile of Target HQ, the biggest question is what is your price range. I specialize in the minneapolis market and I can tell you the problem is not finding a 2 bed 2 bath in that area but working with someone like myself to narrow down your search to the quality homes available. Take a look at my web site if you would like some feedback from my past Minneapolis Clients.

Hi Themis,

There's a bunch of condos available in the downtown area. If your looking for townhomes, you can get some great deals just outside of the downtown area, but within commuting distance. If you're looking for a single-family home, you'll have to get a little outside of the downtown area, and then it will depend on your commuting status (car or no car) and what type of area you are looking for. We currently have 1 condo, 2 townhomes, and 2 single-family homes that would fit your criteria...with a couple of more coming on the market shortly. Let me know if you would like any info on these.
