The Canyon Hills community, if I am not mistaken, is a planned housing development in lake elsinore. If this is what you're refering to than I say good choice! :)

It's very nice community up in the hills. Very serine, some of the homes have great valley views. LOTS OF FAMILIES! It is a family friendly community although there are some "retirees" in the mix. Over all if you like boating and fishing it's just up the hill from the lake (literally). Also there are shopping centers built very near by, so really convenient and there is a little "dive bar" type of location up there where a lot of the locals go to mingle, they have live local bands play in there, karaoke night, the usual. It has a kind of "small town" feel.

Annd to top it all off, you're a quick 20 min drive from Pechanga and the Beautiful Temecula Wine Country! (my home town so I have a slight bias).

If you have any other questions or if something is unclear feel free to call/txt or email me!

Hi Steve,

Definitely one of my favorite areas, all newer homes with unique floor plans and beautiful mountain views. There are a few things to be cautious of such as the tax rates and HOA fees in many of the housing tracks. Be sure to an agent that knows the area well.

Good Luck!

Hi Steve, I currently live in Canyon Hills and love it. Two community pools, tennis courts, running paths and they are in process of building. 28-acre park with dog park, soccer fields, water play and more! I am a realtor specializing with first time home buyer. We currently have properties available in Canyon Hills offering up to $75,000 in downpayment assistance for those who qualify. The program is The Neighborhood Stabilization Program through the County of Riverside.
Please let me know if you have any questions about the program or the community. Good luck ;)

Yes the area next to Lake Elsinore. I'm wondering what the basic demographics are like. Would you have info on that?
