Be VERY careful about bidding, you will NOT get a clear title and NO Title Insurace and be responsible for outstanding condo/hoa fees. It may not be the bargain it looks like. Contact the Condo association, I see $20k+ condo fees being stuck on a new owner. The condo association can foreclose on you if you decide to buy it and not pay the back due Condo fees! Consult an attorney "before" bidding on this one.
