Hi Sharon,

I'm originally from Franklin Square, so I thought I'd chime in. :-)

If you are looking to finance something like this, it may be considered "mixed use," and we are able to help. If I can be of assistance, don't hesitate to get in touch and best of luck with your transition.

Hi Sharon,

If you want to get an idea of housing rental prices, Craigslist is a great place to start and I can refer you to several local companies that manage housing rentals.

What kind of storefront did you need? And your budget?

A couple of thoughts:

1. My Compnay, which I started in 1994, has a sales and rental division; very uncommon in town.
2. I've lived in L.A. S.F., Santa Barbara, and Ventura County and can bring a variety of thoughts once we meet.
3. My wife and her family are from San Diego, and I have relatives down there too.
4. What type of buiness are you planning on opening?
