I'm first time home buyer and i need a jump start in how can i go about rent to own on a house. I want it located in Juniata section!

Liz, DONT rent to own...only one benefiting is the owner.

There are quite a few dilapidated properties in dangerous areas that you can get a nice jump start on. Best of luck to you. Remember not to hook the cabled up wrong

Rent to own is a poor choice you will be responceable for the property without owning it it will remain in the Owners name and all you own is the problems you will not have the advantage of a home inspection and you can loose all at the end of the lease. Please call me at 267-934-1971 so you may have the Consumer Notice before you release and information to anyone
