GOOD QUESTION: Contact a lender 60 - 90 days prior moving your approval letter effective for a short period of time. HOWEVER maintain accurate files 2 years worth bank statements, tax returns, w2, other source of income. If you can lower credit card debt it will increase your credit scores, with lower interest rates. If you have negative items on your credit report over 2 years you will need have your creidt repaired prior purchasing a home.
