I used to live near there. It's beautiful. I would give it a thumbs up.

Hi again Mark,
Following are a couple of links that you might find useful. The first is to the Eagle Mountain Golf Club page. In addition to basic information, it has an area FAQ section as well. The second link is provided by the Scottsdale Association of Realtors and includes contact information to all of the HOAs. Scroll down a bit for Eagle Mountain, and contact name and telephone number is provided. It's always a good idea to determine not only what the current dues are, but also any pending assessments or ammendments.

Hi Mark,
Scottsdale is a great place to live, and you could certainly do worse than Eagle Mountain. I'm a Scottsdale native, and though I have seen most of the country, I can't picture living anywhere else. If you can tolerate our summers or have somewhere to get away to for a couple of months, you are rewarded with 9 months of perfect weather. As a part time resident, I'm sure you are familiar with many of the local amenities, but feel free to visit my website (below) for links and information. The local market is strongly in the buyer's favor right now. If you plan to sell your Scottsdale property to make the move, it might take a little longer and you might command a little less than you hoped, but you should be able to make up for it on the purchase side. Feel free to contact me with any specific questions or if you would like me to send you some property listings.
