I just rented a mobile home 3 weeks ago, now that I am moved in there are signs of major structural: large cracks in ceiling and floor. What can I do?

Do I have any recourse? I am afraid that the walls will come crashing down on me any day

Rudy Weisshaupt, Agent, Boise, ID Like Penny said, get ahold of your property manager or owner. Make sure the lease notes the problems you have noticed if they are not going to be repaired so that you won't have problems when you move out. Take photographs now if you need proof later.

I am sorry for your inconvenience and concerns. I would talk to the manager and have them come out and look at the damage. Hopefully, they too would like to know about it and make sure any repairs that may need to be done will be taken care of. Good Luck!
