Dear Hugo:

I completely understand your concerns, I have two children and I live in Concord NC which is next door to Huntersville. There are many good public and private schools in the area. Huntersville is located in District 1 of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School System, click on link: http://www.cms.k12.nc.us/boardeducation/schoolsByBoard.asp to view the schools in District 1. I definitely agree that Huntersville is family oriented, as is Concord and that's why I moved here. There are good elementary schools in Huntersville with grades above national and state average, such as Huntersville Elementary which is an Honor School of Excellence. There are also a few private schools if you want to consider that route. I would be happy to discuss this more with you in greater detail. What day and time would work for you and I'll give you a call? I can be reached at (704) 701-9206 or via email: trish@ytrishandkathy.com. Looking forward to speaking to you.

Hey! Feel free to check out the schools section of my website http://www.yolondareedy.com Fort Mill has Schools of excellence. I think you will be very pleased with our school ratings! By 2009 we will be adding 2 more schools as well. Housing is great here too, are you looking for single fam or townhome living? I would be happy to send you a list of available properties. Sincerely, Yolonda

Huntersville is still part of Mecklenburgh county... This school district has been struggling some what. Growth to be one of the major issues. Many things are in place to help the situation of over crowding.. I believe in the next few years this school district will have things under control.. Even if you want to stay out of Mecklenburgh county schools there is Lincoln county that is very close .. Also Iredell county.. Let me know how I can help you.. visit our website at http://www.carolina-real-estate.com

Hello there, few friends of mine live in Huntersville and gave me great comments such as a family oriented and very safe town. However my big concern is school for my 2 girls of 5 and 9. Basically, what I'm looking for is more opinions and feedback from others. Please advise. Thx
