Hi there, I put a link to the City's tax record database, you need the property block and lot to run it. PropertyShark is an option, but I like to verify direct with the city database just to make sure.

Another important thing for you to know Lam is how long the tax abatement is for, and whether the tax will increase in steps or all at once. The property seller may be able to give you that information.

Hello Lam:

Property taxes are public record and you can get the information. Yes, you can get information from property shark. You can also find more information about the property at: http://www.nyc.gov
Additionally, As a direct lender I have access to the Appraisers system which provides the update information on property. If you would like me to tell you what the taxes are listed on the property, you will need to email me the property address. I will be happy to tell you
All the best

Property taxes are related to the specific address and value of the home. I'd find a few similar homes at nearby addresses and input them at http://www.propertyshark.com.
