there are many...email me and I can send you info-Princeton Commons is nice off of Princeton Avenue on the Metedeconk River, I had a neighbor who retired there. Also Hovanians Four Seasons in Wall, and Toms River.....Xanadu of Wall is a high rise with lots of amentities...

Further out are the Greenbriars..I & II- to many to count

- find out price point and bdrms what they like and taxes and I can narrow it down-

Hey Kyle,

Your clients may want to consider two communities just over the bridge from Pt. Pleasant in southeastern Wall Tp. They are Four Seasons by K. Hovnanian Homes built in the late 1990's and The Monmouth - luxurious 4,000SF condo units with fabulous finishes.

Please let me know whether I may be of any assistance to you and your clients.

Regards,

Michael

Nothing in pt pleasant but there are some in brick and toms river too. Wall twp has a few as does Manasquan and spring lake. Really depends on what your client is looking for. If you need me to email you some listings just let me know.

Hi Kyle,

We don't have any retirement communities in Point Pleasant, but close as a half mile away we have several. Cedar Village, Greenbrier I & II. Would be the closest to Point all in Brick, NJ.
Also in Brick is Princeton Commons which would be the next closest community.
If you need any other information just give me a call.

Regards,
Catherine
