My situation:Purchased a home in April, 2006 and was only able to live in the home for 1-2 months due to Excessive Mold and Mold Spores. I purchased the home from a Real Estate Agent/Owner who flipped the property. She did "not" disclose; Sump Pump, Open Sewer Clean out pipe in the crawlspace under the home, flooding from rainwater runoff, cracked foundation in several places, plus when I found where the rainwater runoff was entering the crawlspace under the CH/A system, we removed the outside unit to find excessive MOLD inside the duct work. I then contacted a Mold Specialist and had a Mold Report done. It showed severe Mold Counts inside and under(crawlspace) the home. I then hired an Attorney and filed a Ligation against the Sellers/agents/owner(all the same one) Then after paying him $11k I got tired and release him even though she admitted in Depositions all.I filed Chapter 13 in 2008 but surrender the home back to the Lender. The property sold April 2009.How long before I can buy
