Good Morning Rock........ The best advice I can give you is to work on your credit for the next year or so, and then seek the advice of a reputable mortgage broker to guide you through the process of being able to qualify to buy another home. If you owe any other debts, pay them off. Put yourself on a budget and stick to it. You did not indicate how long ago you did the deed in lieu of foreclosure or why it was necessary, but your best bet is to stablize your finances before attempting to purchase another home.
