Hi Betty,

I work with a Property Management Company as well as doing Residential Real Estate in San Ramon. Homes that I find go quickly are those in good shape. The magic rental price point which has the most applications is $2800-3500.
Please email me privately.

Hello Betty,

I own and have owned many rentals in SR and I have/ had GREAT luck in townhomes. To me, that is my sweet spot for getting the best tenants and buyers for my place when i'm ready to sell. SFR are also good but unless your in a desirable area getting it rented may be a bit tough. Make sure you check the CCRs for all Condos and T/homes for rental restrictions. Every investor has their niche find yours and go for it! Should you need more info, please email me @: http://www.bhghome.com/theranches/

Good Luck!

I think there are many good answers to this question. Each investor takes their own values and priorities into investing. You can still buy in this market and get a positive cash flow. My suggestions is that you go to my web site below and request our Free Book on Real Estate Investing.

Somewhere around a college or in a high commuter area. The 101 corridor is always a best.
