I came across Lenar Sonata while researching for Dublin. it seems very expensive (Residence 1 at 783K)

compared to Montava model at Sorrento (799K). both are listed price. any idea whether sonata is a good deal or not?

This looks like it could be a great area and the price is not too far out line. With any new homes at this time or any other you can go in and negotiate the price. This appears to be a home builder that is embracing the "green" movement and there could possibly be tax advantages to buying such a home. I would be sure to take a Realtor with you, because you want to have someone that can negotiate for you. You must have your Realtor with you the first time you visit because they would want to register you and your Realtor. If you are not working with a Realtor at this time, I can recommend an excellent one to you in that area.
