Is Verona Townhomes in Sunnyvale good buy? Do you see appreciation potential?

If you home appraised and you closed escrow, I would say you got a good buy. You may not see immediate gaines, but I bet in 5 years or so you will see equity and you will be happy. Add that to the tax benefits in that 5 year period...you most likely have done very well.
