You could close the property in trust with your local bank. This would, at least keep your name out of the newspapers and mail for the property (i.e. taxes) would be sent to the bank address. Not to mention it protects your property assets!
Sorry Yvonne real estate deals are public knowledge if you know where to look. You can build things into the price and ask for concessions or you can work it other ways but the deals are out there to be seen.
