I am planning to deconstruct an existing home and construct a new approx 2200 square feet home with decent features a 2 car garage in palo alto.

I am looking for recommendations on custom home builder in palo alto, and what per square feet should i expect to pay. How much does deconstruction, and permits cost, and what additional costs should I expect? What's the reasonable timeframe to expect for this project

To deconstruct and haul away, about $25K.

To construct about $250-$350 per square foot.

The total time will be based on do you have approved plans, or an architect.

Generally 9 months once you have approved plans.

Good luck

I cannot provide you with concrete pointers, but if you are open to a modern style, then look into modular/prefab homes.
