I totally understand and I would check with some of the others here for mobile service, however, I wanted to comment on your property that you are letting go... I read your remarks regarding its tenancy, etc and I believe I could assist you. With any distress situation, the main priority is getting the negative settled so that you can go back into recovery and positivity. I specialize with short sales and I would definitely recommend exploring this idea.... how long ago did you live in the property? Even with tenants, we can work with them and get this anchor sold and released from you without incurring any fees from you and getting you back on track, credit wise.
