You should check with a reputable lender to find out the current regulations. If you have a significant down payment, I may be able to help you find a home that the seller would be willing to finance for you. Feel free to contact me via my website below for more info on this seller financing option.

The only way to buy is to this year is to find a seller who is willing to sell on land contract or rent to own. I have one seller who may consider creative deals on a condo he owns. What type of property are you looking for?

There is more than your credit score involved in getting your loan approved.
Todays rates are record lows, but to get those rates you need a credit inthe 700's
I work with many homeowners that will do rent to own and owner financing.
please feel free to call my and I can explore your options with you.

I agree with the agents below me. I would contact a lender. They will tell you the steps you would have to take to get your credit up. A credit score as low as yours may make it very difficult to get a loan this year. But you wont know how to repair your credit until you make the call. I hope you the best of luck!
