Right now there are 13 units available at River Park. Please contact me and I would be glad to help you see what is available at River Park House and any other places in the area that may be of interest.

I also wanted to add that I live in a condo and there are documents that you must review and understand. I found that many buyers never ever see or review these documents until it's too late and they have already moved into the condo. I make it my mission to make sure to not only review these documents myself but to also go over them and explain them to my buyer. This is extremely important.

Hello Annieg,

If you are seriously looking to purchase a condo, the best thing to do is first hire a buyer agent. A buyer agent will be able to not only provide you with every condo for sale in the area that you would like to be in, but they can find other information on the property for you which would be for your benefit. A buyer agent only represents you, protects you and will fight to get you a property at the lowest price they can. It's best to find a buyer agent who is an expert negotiator.

The listing agent was hired to protect the interests of the seller and to obtain the highest price they can get for the seller.

If you do not know any buyer agents, you can find one here on Trulia by simply reading the answers to your question and by viewing profiles.

Feel free to search all available properties on my site http://www.reneeporsia.com . I also have a mobile site so that you can also search right from your cell phone: http://www.easyhotspots.com/mobile-pahomes4sale.html

I am a huge advocate of buyer agency.

I'd love to answer any questions you have. Feel free to email me @ reneeporsia@mac.com.
