Lots of great places to look.
Here is the link to a commuity website for Dunedin, Fl.
Two years ago money magazine identified Dunedin as America's most affordable waterfront city.
Three years ago Dunedin was identifed as Americas most walkable city.
Last year I identifed Dunedin a my favorite hometown. :)
Take a look

Lvg,

The Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZ area is a great place to own a home in a warm climate. Or you can try the Sun City area just outside of Phoenix. It depends on what your interests are. There are many Minnesotans in the area and many direct flights for those that want to come and visit you. I have many contacts in that area so I can help you get more specific information on what's available. You can contact me via my website or Trulia profile.

Hi!
A nice condo in Ft. Myers Florida?
If you don't like humidity try Scottsdale AZ.
Both areas have been hit hard by the bubble and prices are better than ever!
Cheers!
