I am looking for a 750K non conforming jumbo loan with 10% down and 30 yr fixed rate in Massachusetts. Does anyone know who I can contact?

Asked by Jay Forst, Boston, MA Wed May 15, 2013

So far everyone I contacted requires a 20% down payment.

Dear Jay,
I am a Real Estate Attorney in Boston. For that type of loan you would need a lender with a portfolio loan program. I work with a local mortgage broker and a private mortgage banking loan officer at local bank with portfolio capabilities. Feel free to contact me and I can get you in touch with the loan officers.

Bobby-10% down jumbo exists. You may not be referring to the right mortgage LOs.

There are a few lenders that can do that type of loan.
Call me if you would like to discuss this option.

I get a feeling you are going to have a very difficult time on a jumbo non conforming with 10% down. I typically see a requirement of at least 25% down with a non conforming loan.

Jay, you have a couple options with 10% down payment borrowing $750,000. Feel free to contact me to discuss your options. Are you purchasing a single family home or a condo?

My co offers one loan at 90% of value or a combo 1st and 2nd mortgage.
Each has its pros and cons. Contact me to discuss through my profile.

There are many lenders out there but one I've had good experience with has been guaranteed rate. Phil ganz 617 529 9317. Also try your local small bank as they usually an offer products that bigger lenders can't offer. Hope this helps out.
