The listing expired as of 12/31/2007. It was listed as a short sale and has most likely gone into foreclosure and has not yet been re-listed with another agent.

Call your Real Estate Agent with the MLS# or address. They should be able to help you.

Address seems to be wrong, because nothing showed up with that address.
Call me directly at 909-374-2389 to discuss.

Hi Jamie,

This property was sold as a bank owned property in June 2009 and currently is not on the market. I don't see any new foreclosure status on this property.

If you have any further questions, you can always give me a call.

Thank you

It was forclosed on 8/27/07. If you are interested in writing an offer I can contact the lender and see what can be done. Just let me know.

Jamie:

I would suggest calling a real estate professional in the Diamond Bar area who specializes in foreclosures. He or she will be able to get that information for you and can negotiate on your behalf.

Hi Jamie,

A Notice of Default was filed on this property on 12/13/07. I cannot find any information about a listing or sale in the mls. Is there a for sale sign in front of the property?
