You will want to find an agent to assist you further. Most banks don't deal with consumers directly and you will want one anyway to help you wade through the myriad of forms that the bank will send your way during the purchase. Once you have an agent, have them give the bank a call and see what information they can gather for you.

If you give us the address an agent will surely be able to look the property up in the MLS (if it is listed there) and get more details that way as well.

It could be that Wilshire is simply the loan servicer.
