I am helping my daughter and future son-in-law look for a home in the noblesville, carmel, fishers area.

They want an older cheaper home not in a subdivision that they could fix up. A starter home, not too pricey

I truly suggest you pick a buyers agent who will find homes that meet their needs for them. Looking online can be a bit much for first time home buyers.

I would be happy to send you a few listings in those cities. I can think of a few properties, off-hand, that may work.

What is the maximum purchase price?

There are several areas to look - you can request an agent search for homes and send you info based on your daughter's criteria. It's always a good idea to get an agent working for you as they can help areas that meet your search criteria. As a buyer, you don't have to pay for the service. Pick an agent that you are comfortable with and let them get to work for you!

I have a 3 bedroom listing in Fishers, not in a subdivision, on almost half an acre lot and close to the majors roads, shopping and activities. If you would like to give me a call to discuss your price range I'd be happy to help you.
