We have a program that requires you to lease for a minimum of 1 year and purchase it within 5 years of move-in. The home of your choice has to be in good school disctricts, and of course, you must be qualified. If you are interested in this new path of homeownership, please drop me a line.

Recommend to either search for a home purchase or a home lease . Lease purchases usually end up in a nightmare.

Lease to own is risky for the tenant/buyer and the transaction usually falls apart. I would suggest that you either lease a property or purchase a property in Dallas. Are you planning to sell your home in Arkansas? What makes you want to move to Dallas? Have you been to Dallas and do you like it here? If you've never been before I would suggest that you come visit and look around. If you've been to Dallas or had lived in Dallas before then that's a totally different story.

I hope this helps!
