Hello, Tom,

I am able to assist you. I spent much time in that area. Before the West Side YMCA closed I knew several joggers and we ran from the Y.

One of our favorite routes was to go west on Franklin to W 85 and to Detroit Avenue and West Blvd. to Edgewater park. Over the years, we were probably on every street in Ohio City.

My real estate license is now with Westway Realty at W 159th and Lorain.

Get back to me with your approximate price range and other details.

My preferred e-mail address is PAULHAZLETT@peoplepc.com.

I will be working a a buyer's agent.

Hi Tom,
There are many factors involved. Many programs are in place for new construction. There are also programs for 1st home buyers, some for various occupations. There are also programs specific to a particular project.
Are you most interested in new construction, a rehabbed property or a property in need of repairs.
Different programs for different situations!
If you could.,please give me a call or e-mail me at jwirsing@kw.com or call me at 440-487-2193 and help me to identify the types of properties that you are most interested in. From there, we can review the types of programs available for those types of homes
I look forward to assisting you.

I would google a realtor in that area. Just search "Cleveland Detroit-Shoreway Homes for Sale". Check out the agent or broker that shows up on page one and give them a call. Good luck!
