Hi Jeffrey,
Wow! I see no one has answered your question. If you're still asking, I have great news for you. With interest rates reaching historic lows and a stable local market, you can actually buy cheaper or as cheap as you can rent. If you would like to further investigate this option, feel free to give me a call at 318-805-4677. Thanks,

I'm trying to sell my 2 story home in one of the best fenced neighborhoods in north monroe. It's 3br/2b, quite cul-d-sac; priced at 249k and about 2300 hsf. If it does not sell we might be interested in leasing it to you with a purchase option. Or I have a 2br townhome for lease now, 1300hsf, 750 a month but it will be leased soon.
