I am a new agent. I like to find a brokerage to hang my license with. Are there any no fee real estate brokerages (fee per transaction) in NJ?

Hi Richard,

The big question is what do you want to do with your license? There are a wide variety of brokerage business models out there...each with different fees and expectations of you as their representative. As a practicing broker in the area, I'd be happy to talk with you about your options. All the best!

Richard,

Please contact me off-line -- I'd be happy to talk to you about
our office (Prudential New Jersey Properties). If you aren't
interested in being a full-time Agent, there are options as
a 'Referral Agent' -- in fact we have a special meeting coming up
next week that is targeted for just that sort of opportunity.

Please email me or call me for details about the meeting.
