As broker and In-House counsel for Tribute Real Estate I often counsel clients in bond for deed transactions. A good place to start looking for the answer to your question is the actual bond for deed contract that you signed. Often times this document outlines the rights and obligations associated with your possession of the property.

Jamie that is a good question for the attorney that completed the bond for deed for you. In most cases you can unless the contract stipulates you cant or needs the former owners approval. Review your contract part of the contract for deed.
