My family and I would like some input on purchasing a family vacation spot from seasoned owners. Thanks for answering.

I live here in Pocono Lake, PA in the development called Locust Lake Village. The dues here are around $1200.00 a year and include trash, security, lakes, etc. http://{www.locustlakevillage.org}. Another development close by is called Arrowhead Lakes and dues are a little more at 1350.00 but have a couple more amenities like pools and a new community center http://{www.arrowheadca.org} . Prices are low now and there is a huge selection of homes to choose from. -Jack
