The home just went contingent on March 7, unless the deal falls thru and it goes back on the market it may stay this way till closing or after inspections.

If you'd like to view other homes in the area, please check out my website. I'd be happy to help.

Depending on the agent, it could stay contingent until the day it closes and that depends on the typ of financing the buyer is using! There are 4 other homes showing Active in that community. Can I help you with one of those?

Till the home inspections are complete. Usually within 15 dys or less depending if they finish or have to extend it because they may have further inspections to do.

You are obviously not working with a Realtor:
A Buyer's Agent is free for the Buyer.
And the way you worded your question, tells us that you need a Realtor to protect you.

Good luck and may God bless
