Ms. Olivares, If you are looking for a home in the Overbrook section. I currently have listed a beautiful 3 story 6 bedroom 2 bath home for sale. The home has been completely renovated and is in move in condition. I have lived in overbrook since 1998 and I love the area. You are close to city avenue and a hop, skip and a jump to pretty much anywhere. Please give me a call or an email to discuss the area or my listing.

We are looking at a property on 63rd Street in Overbrook farms.

There are 2 homes for sale on 63rd Street near Malvern. One is a single being sold as-is for $210,000, with 5 bedroom, 3 full and 2 half baths. This home is a short sale and is subject to the approval of the current owners Lender.
The other home is a 3 story twin, with 5 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 baths. This one is priced at $159,000 and needs some TLC. The seller is motivated!!!.
If you would like to view these properties, I would be more than happy to take you in. Also if you need to speak to a lender, I can recommend someone to help you with the process. Please e-mail me your info and I will send the MLS listings to you to view. I live in the area and my office is also in the area, so I am available.

The 19151 zip is very large, and Overbrook is broken down by 3 areas. There is Overbrook Farms, Overbrook Park, and Overbrook. Pricing will depend on what area, and weather you will be buying a Townhome, or a Single as well as the number of bedrooms and/or bathrooms.
I have a very nice listing currently on the market in Overbrook Farms. This area is close the City Avenue Corridor with very nice restaurants and shopping. Also it is close to St Joe's University and the train to center city. I have sold several home in the area and I would be more than happy to help you fine a nice home.

Only you can truly determine if an area is "nice" or right for you. Most of the responders on forums such as this are licensed real estate professionals such as myself, who are prohibited from giving you the answers you seek due to Pennsylvania's Fair Housing Statutes.

There are plenty of spots on the web to check out information such as local school ratings, crime rates, etc. that we are prohibited from discussing.

Love the area. You get the main line at Philadelphia Taxes. I show a ton of properties over there because I am a local agent. Let me know if I can send you properties or you would like to see any that interest you.

I love Overbrook. Close to Main Line shopping. Close to Saint Joe's. If your question is about safety/schools, I recommend you take the following steps:

1. Visit
2. Call the local police precinct and ask about safety/crime
3. Visit the neighborhood during the day, night, weekend

If I can help, let me know!
