How is the Webber Camden neighborhood?

Asked by Nick, Minneapolis, MN Thu Feb 21, 2008

Has this are been hard hit by foreclosures? Im considering buying at some point and the prices in Camden are very affordable. Would this be a bad investment? No, Im not interested in buying anytime soon...Im just considering my options.

Camden area is 2nd in foreclosures next to north. As long as you plan on living there for a while I think it would be a great investment because eventually it will rebound and you will have bought at an unbelievable low price. Real estate bought right is never a bad investment.
