FHA was never affected. USDA loans were already back logged & of course this hasn't helped at all. USDA are currently taking about 60-90 days. Hope that helps.

Hi Ryan

Most people were unaffected by the shutdown. Some folks who were in process with USDA suffered delays, as well as people who required government verification of income, such as military contractors and self employed borrowers.

A clean file can still be closed in about 30 days. If your circumstances are unique - such as being self employed, having a bankruptcy or foreclosure, or if the home is a short sale or bank owned - then this can add time to the process.

If you want to go over some options and get some more info then please feel free to give me a call or email me and I can walk you through things
