Salida is a great place to raise a family. The schools are excellent and there's plenty to do close by. Salida isn't an incorporated city yet, we are a community of families who are involved. Give me a call and we can talk about what you are looking for. You can reach me on my cell at 968-7653.

Property taxes are higher in Salida and the demographics are different. There are a few more details that make the difference. Ripon is also one of the most expensive towns in the Central Valley.
