Okay so long story short, we bought our first home with FHA and due to certain circumstances, had to move in with my parents. Instead of selling the house, we rented it out. My husband got a new job and is is about 40 miles away and a hour and a half commuting time due to the rough road. We are now looking to buy a home for us that is on the market closer to his new job but in order to get a second FHA loan (which we have to do because we do not have 10% down.. or even 1% for that matter) we would have to prove that there is a considerable commuting difference. What are the specific for this?
