Hi Linda,

If you are looking for general information about the condo...size, number of bedrooms, most recent sale price you might try This website has its good and bad points - but it can give you stats (which I believe are gathered from public record) which includes square footgage and # bedrooms, last sale amount and other information on public record.
Please keep in mind that the information that zillow has is only as good at the county and tax records (which sometimes is not entirely accurate).

Zillow will also give you a "zestimate" of the value. This is where the website falls short in my opinion.

Hi Linda,

As an agent we have access to a bit more information about buildings etc then the average person does. So the easiest thing is to contact a realtor. Like all the others I would be happy to help...if you want to e-mail me the address I would be happy to e-mail you back all the info I can find out. My e-mail address is Thanks and good luck!

Hi Linda-

If the condo isn't listed, you'll need to find and contact the owner.

Your first stop for information of any property-- whether for sale or not-- is Just enter the address of the property, then click on the "assessor" on the banner menu. That should give you the owner's name. For a condo building, there will be a list of the units and, if you have the unit number, just find it and click for owner information.

If you don't know the address, enter the street intersection and click on the map at the point where you think the building is located.

With owner name and address, you have a way to make snail mail contact.

If you suspect the unit is for sale by owner, you'll probably find it on the Portland Craig's List: , or one of the many for sale by owner websites.

Or, you can have a real estate agent do the legwork for you, then negotiate with the owner on your behalf, if the owner wishes to sell.

Hope this is helpful. Best of luck in your search!
