Property ownership is public record. You can go to the County and look this up. Or, on the other hand, you can work with a really great REALTOR who has access to this through either their relationship with a Title Company or through their access to tax records. Dare to Dream.

Visit the website linked below and sign up for a day use plan for the county you are interested in. Monthly is the better deal if you think you'll be using it multiple times. You can then search the address you're looking for and see owner names, along with mailing addresses, APN numbers, etc.
You can use the county recorder's office and or website with a small subscription. You can also use an online title search company for immediate results at a nominal fee. We have used US TITLE RECORDS and have been very satisfied and have found them very helpful. Check out https://Www.ustitlerecords.com for more information.
