Oh, and by the way, the restrictions are that it not be an REO, foreclosure, or HUD home and that I get the full 3% commission from the seller. Like our leverage? Join us. I pay $25/month fee to my broker and keep 90% of my commission! I have done extremely well in this business. If this is a so called "bad" economy, I can't wait till it gets better!!!!
