Ahah, well it might be easier to watch for the UHaul than to try to get an answer on that, from them. However, the tax records may give some clues to the status of a loan if there has been any 'notice of' or 'release of' lis pendens.

It would take only a few minutes to look it up in tax records for you. Depending upon when the record was last updated, it may or may not have the correct name of what bank or person appears to own it currently. Why are you looking for this information? Feel free to contact me.

You can go to the county recorder's office and they will help you look up property tax statements that will show who are the current owners or lienholders. A much easier way is to work with a local agent who can access that information for you and you will have guidance in making an offer.

Knowing which bank owns a property won't help you, only Realtor's will be dealt with. You'll need an agent to write an offer, and you'll have to wait until it comes on the market.

IF you are working with a Realtor and have buyer/broker agreement then your agent will be more than glad to help you with this. Even if yo knew who the bank was it would do you little good because they do not deal directly with the public. They work with Realtors when they are ready to sell the property, and that may take months.

This information would do you no good;
The Bank will not talk to you, nor will they co-operate with you:

The Banks will only co-operate with Realtors.

Good luck and may God bless

Yes we know and have access to data, if we sign an exclusive buyer representation agreement I would be more than happy to share.
