80%(and growing) of home buyers usually start their search online for a home they want months if not years before they are ready to take action.

If you are looking to get a feel for the market in the Indianapolis or surrounding area, just sign up for automated home listings at You will get notified via email of new homes listed as soon as they come up based on the search criteria you provide. No pressure to you!

When you are ready to proceed forward, you need to get yourself pre-approved for a mortgage.

Any questions? Feel free to send me an email or give me a call.

Greetings Marie,

Like my colleague Ruben Sarinana stated its best to interview 2-3 agents. In this market you need an Agent that is a shark to go after a great deal for you and your family. Purchasing a home is a big investment, pick that right agent that will keep you and your family well informed throughout the process and offer awesome customer service.

Please visit my website on my website you will find all the resources you need to make your dream home search a snap. You can search for homes, community information, school information and so much more. If you have any question or will like schedule an appointment to interview me please feel free to give me a call.

Hi Marie,

The way I would suggest is to interview 2-3 agents to see the process they have in selling homes. You will get a very good perspective on the way they work. Once you feel you know you are going to work with make sure you set a time frame that you would commit to work together. Hope you find the right agent and in turn find the home you are looking for.

Hire a professional who knows the area and has proven success on helping others find homes in this area. Downey is a great city with it's own school district, mall, movie theater and movie studios. Also it has a great deal of history some of which includes : The Carpenters (music fame) , James Hetfield (Metallica lead singer) , the first Taco Bell, the third Spedee Mc Donalds, Rockwell space division, and Boeing to name a few. Good luck!

Find a Realtor who is going to find you the best deal and best home. I (personally) have an issue with the post that is buying you. As a professionally trained negotiator, (20+ years Army Intell, Interrogation, Counter Intelligence Agent, Law Enforcement, Etc..) I find it amusing when someone says, hire me, I am a professional in my field, and will NEGOTIATE the best deal for you, and oh.....I'm going to give you this and this and some of that....please please please call me...pretty please.

It reeks of desperation and that is not what you want on your side! (Here come all the thumbs downs for that one)

So here is how I tell folks to pick the best REALTOR.

Who cuts your hair? ...How did you find him/her?
Who is your Dentist? .......How did you find him/her?
Doctor? ...How did you find him/her?
Attorney? ...How did you find him/her?

See a pattern...?

Why should a REALTOR be any different. Ask your friends who have purchased properties. I am sure you will find a GREAT REALTOR. In fact, I know you will.

I would be glad to show you properties. Depending on your situation I can get you 100$ financing plus 5% towards closing costs. In addition I will give you a 20% of my real estate commission towards closing and fixing costs. Plus if I do both real estate and loan I will refund you your appraisal expenses.

Call me at 323.230.9775 to talk about this further.

Hi Marie,

First you get yourself a Realtor that you trust and like. Then you sit down together and discuss what you are looking for in your next home. You also look realistically and conservatively at what you can comfortably afford.

Your Realtor does some legwork and locates some properties that fit your wants and needs. You view the homes, decide what you like and write the offer.

If you are unsure where to start with the interviewing agent's part, I would be happy to sit down with you and discuss not only the possibility of our working together but also help to educate you on what you should ask a prospective representative.

Please feel free to give me a call.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Take care,
