Texas is a non-disclosure state; however, if the seller gives their REALTOR permission to disclose the sales price a real estate agent can look up the sales price in the MLS.

Tim is correct - you can also check http://www.zillow.com. They are not always accurate, but they will typically tell you the last time the home was sold and for how much (you need to scroll down the page for this). This information comes from public record, it is not just Trulia's opinion.

Search the county courthouse records or ask a friendly Realtor. The latter is easier.
